Overview
Koopay is a decentralized, milestone-based escrow and payment platform designed to streamline trustless collaboration between freelancers, contractors, and organizations. Built on blockchain infrastructure and developed using an AI-Driven Development approach, Koopay enables secure, transparent, and programmable payments for digital work.
The platform introduces a flexible escrow system where funds are locked and released based on milestone completion, reducing counterparty risk and eliminating the need for traditional intermediaries. By leveraging stablecoin payments and on-chain execution, Koopay delivers fast settlements, full payment traceability, and a user-friendly experience for both payers and builders.

As the creator and maintainer, I led the design and development of the platform, including the core escrow logic, backend APIs, and user interfaces, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and product usability.
Development
During the development of Koopay, I focused on designing a robust and modular architecture capable of handling complex payment flows and milestone-based logic.
I implemented the escrow mechanism that locks funds upfront and releases them programmatically as milestones are approved, ensuring fair outcomes for all parties involved. The system supports stablecoin payments, integrates wallet-based authentication, and enables fast, reliable settlements.
In addition, I worked on the admin and user dashboards, backend API development, and frontend flows, ensuring that contract creation, milestone tracking, and payout execution are intuitive and transparent. The result is a scalable, developer-friendly platform that turns trust into code and payments into programmable primitives.
